PUBLIC EVENT: LESSONS FROM YOUTH SURVEYS

On 20th of June 2014, the CESEM of the Institute of Graduate Management Studies (HEM), the Moroccan partner of the SAHWA Project, in collaboration with Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB), organized a public conference at HEM Campus Rabat.
Led by facilitator Driss Ksikes (HEM), this conference featured SAHWA Project Coordinator, Mokhtar El Harras (Université Mohamed V, Rabat-Agdal), Rania Roushdy (Population Council, Egypt), Hassen Souaber (CREAD) and Mohamed Mghari (Haut Commissariat au Plan, Morocco). After the SAHWA Project Coordinator introduced the SAHWA Project, speakers discussed the main lessons and results they have drawn from different surveys they have conducted.
This conference finally allowed fruitful comparisons between surveys conducted in different countries, thus providing relevant inputs for the SAHWA Project.
